Augusta Jones was facing frequent computer and network problems that were recurring. Security was a major issue as well. The company also needed to implement some type of employee monitoring system. There was also a challenge with monitoring and communication between China factory and Hong Kong office.
Solution:
Dual layer offered it's CARE IT Total+ solution to Augusta Jones. This brought a much needed stability and security to the company's IT infrastructure with Web, Emails and local network being managed by Dual Layer. After analysis and requirement discussions, Dual Layer suggested solutions were implemented. An IP based security camera solutions were implemented throughout the factory production areas so the managers can access them from anywhere to view and directly communicate with the factory staff.
