Business requirements and Technical challenges:
Performance sourcing needed a comprehensive local support for its systems. The vendor chosen would also have to provide co-ordination with the Head office IT department in the USA. All three offices in china needed to run a special CRM that was built in house for QC, invoice, order processing and productions. For fast communication a stable and good solution was required for all offices with guaranteed bandwidth. This was necessary to manage the local servers and as well as provide day to day support. It was imperative that the network be maintain in an optimal condition.
Solution:
Dual layer provided Performance Sourcing with the CARE IT Total+ solution and manage the local networks support in all three offices. A senior support engineer provided dedicated support and acted as a liaison with the US head office. This collaboration served to support further solution implementations as they came up. Dual Layer also provided an IP transit service as a solution for a stable and guaranteed bandwidth from china.
