CareIT Basic Support
Our CARE IT Basic package is catered towards smaller business that want the benefit of IT Support to handle IT needs if and when the need arises. With CARE IT Basic you will be given a support phone number to utilize, as well as the ability to enter a support request online.
With this service you prepay in advance for a select amount of hours, 10, 20 or 40 time hour blocks. As support request are made the time is deducted from your remaining balance. In the case where you do not utilize your hours during the year, you may carryover these hours into another contract. Our clients benefit from our fast response time during regular business hours, we guarantee response within 6 hours, so you don’t have to wait until next business day to resolve an issue that may jeopardize your business operations.
