Our project managers goals are to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting all the expectations set forth. We can assist with the start of a project or step in the midst of an existing project to provide a successful turnaround of a failing project.

On initiation we will execute an evaluation of the project, goals, deliverables, deadlines and budget and create a project plan that must be approved by key personnel. During this period we will evaluate the need for key resources as well as identify any risks that may be involved. Dual Layer will manage all aspects of the process, eliminating or limiting risks and planning for any contingencies.
