Infrastructure that lets a small team do more

Most businesses in Singapore run on tight IT budgets but are still expected to do more with less — less time, less hardware and fewer people. Everything depends on the infrastructure underneath: servers, laptops, phones, firewalls, printers and the network that joins them.

We evaluate your existing setup, assess current and future demands, and create a tailored infrastructure plan. It can be delivered in stages by your own team or fully by ours — and every project, from a small office to an enterprise deployment, gets the same attention to detail.

Our designs follow current guidance from Singapore’s Cyber Security Agency (CSA) and SingCERT and the US CISA, so what we build is resilient and secure from day one.

  • Reliable by design

Redundancy, load balancing and monitoring built in, so one failure doesn’t stop the office.

  • Secure from the start

Firewalls, segmentation and access control designed in, not added after an audit.

  • Ready to grow

Sized for the next few years of users, data and offices, not just today.

  • Nothing overlooked

One team from first consultation through installation to post-deployment support.

Everything your office runs on

Take the whole build, or just the part you need. Either way, support and continuity sit around it, so the infrastructure keeps working long after go-live.

Business continuity and disaster recovery

Network outages, hardware failures, human error, cyberattacks and natural disasters can all stop a business. We plan for them, so email, messaging, transactions and key applications keep running and your data can be recovered.

How we build your plan
  1. Assess

Your current setup and recovery plan, privacy and regulatory needs, budget and goals.

  2. Propose

One or two options, presented for your approval.

  3. Implement

The chosen solution put in place, with you kept up to date at every stage.

  4. Test

Everything deployed and tested thoroughly before we sign it off.

  5. Train

Your team shown what to do when something goes wrong.

Cloud, designed and managed for you

Whether you are moving from on-premises servers or starting fresh, we design, deploy and run cloud environments for performance, security and cost, and host or co-locate the systems that need a data centre. For email, Teams and files, see Microsoft 365 services; for examples, see our cloud projects.

Microsoft 365, set up securely

Email, files and collaboration from anywhere, on any device, with compliance and security built in.

Our baseline applies more than 150 security settings by default, so your setup meets regulatory expectations from the start.

  • Active Directory integration
  • Email security, DLP and endpoint protection
  • SharePoint and OneDrive file sharing
  • Windows 365 cloud desktops
  • Microsoft Teams for chat, calls and projects
  • Updates, security and support handled

Microsoft Azure infrastructure

Secure, scalable Azure environments, designed, deployed and managed for you.

Run front-end and back-end systems fully in the cloud, with the security and compliance you would expect on-premises.

  • Active Directory moved to Microsoft Entra ID
  • File, domain, application and database servers
  • Automated backup and disaster recovery
  • VPN, dedicated links or SD-WAN
  • Virtual machines and remote desktops
  • Cost monitoring and optimisation

AWS design and setup

Custom AWS environments that are secure, scalable and aligned with your business goals, from first setup to ongoing management.

  • Users and permissions with AWS Directory Service
  • Amazon S3 file storage
  • Automatic protection with AWS Backup
  • Web hosting on EC2 or Elastic Beanstalk
  • Managed databases on Amazon RDS
  • Secure access control with IAM

Backup, recovery and connectivity

Critical data protected and recoverable whatever happens — ransomware, hardware failure or a lost laptop — and every office and remote worker connected securely.

  • Automated daily cloud backups
  • Files or whole systems restored quickly
  • Encrypted backups that meet regulations
  • SD-WAN in place of costly MPLS
  • VPN for remote and travelling staff
  • Azure ExpressRoute and AWS Direct Connect

Managed hosting and co-location

For systems that should not sit in your office: hosted and managed by us, or your own servers in a professional data centre.

We work with data centres and internet providers across the region, and build private, public or hybrid cloud environments around what you need.

Server cabinets in a secure data centre
  • Managed hosting for servers and applications
  • Data-centre rack co-location
  • Private, public or hybrid cloud
  • Migration from on-premises servers
  • Monitoring, patching and support
  • Secure links to your offices

From first survey to day-one support

A plan you can see before anything is bought, delivered in stages that suit your budget and your business.

  1. Assess

We review your existing setup, your requirements and where the business is heading.

  2. Design

A tailored infrastructure plan, with costs, priorities and stages agreed up front.

  3. Build

Delivered by your team or ours — installed, tested and documented as-built.

  4. Support

Monitoring, maintenance and help after go-live, with one team accountable.

To estimate your project, we look at
  • Office facilities and layout
  • Concurrent and total users
  • Current hardware inventory
  • Software applications and services in use
  • Database size and volume
  • Existing platforms and systems
  • Daily transaction volume and usage patterns
  • Business-critical system requirements
  • Overall IT security needs
  • How confident your users are with technology

Questions about IT infrastructure

Can’t find what you are looking for? Ask an engineer and we’ll come back to you.

What infrastructure services do you offer?

Networks (LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi), storage (cloud, NAS and SAN), server rooms, end-user computing (desktops, laptops, VDI and mobile device management), disaster recovery and business continuity, new office setups and relocations, physical security, phone systems with call recording, and AV for meeting rooms.

How do you keep the network secure during setup?

Firewalls and intrusion prevention, network segmentation, secure VPN and remote access, role-based access control, and security testing before handover — in line with standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.

Which cloud platforms do you work with?

Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and AWS, including migration, infrastructure management, security, backup and disaster recovery. We also design hybrid setups that keep some systems on-premises.

What storage options are there for our data?

Cloud storage on Azure or AWS for scalable remote access; NAS and SAN for fast on-premises storage; and SharePoint in Microsoft 365. We match the option to how your data is used and protected.

How do you support business continuity and disaster recovery?

Automated backups for quick restores, cloud or on-premises failover, and regular recovery testing, aligned with standards such as ISO 22301 and NIST — so the business keeps running through cyberattacks, hardware failures or disasters.

What is the difference between business continuity and disaster recovery?

Business continuity keeps the whole business running during a disruption: people, processes and systems. Disaster recovery is the IT part of it: getting data and systems back after an outage. We plan the two together, starting from what the business cannot be without.

Do you offer managed hosting and co-location?

Yes. We host and manage servers and applications for you, or place your own equipment in a regional data centre, with monitoring, patching and secure links back to your offices.

Can you set up a new office or move our IT?

Yes. We handle it end to end: structured cabling and network, workstations and VoIP phones, server and cloud migration, and a move plan designed to keep downtime to a minimum.

Do you provide phone systems and call recording for regulated firms?

Yes. We provide hedge funds and other regulated firms with fully integrated phone and voice recording systems, built around their regulatory requirements. We work with Cisco, Polycom, Avaya, Mitel, ShoreTel and Asterisk, move firms from older digital PBX systems to IP phones, back up the recordings, and support the systems day to day.

What physical security do you provide?

Access control with biometrics, RFID or smart cards; CCTV with remote monitoring; and secure server rooms with fire suppression, temperature control and controlled access.
